We stand behind our products and want you to do the same. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Brute purchase, please email within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Upon receipt of your email, an experienced Customer Service Representative will respond to assist you within 2-3 business days.
In your email, please include the following information to help us expedite the return process:
Order or invoice number
Item, quantity and sizes to be returned
Reason for return
If you purchased your product directly from Brute, we will issue a return authorization code via email. If you purchased your product from an authorized Brute vendor, please contact them directly so they may assist you with the returns process. Authorization is required for all returns and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Packages returned without authorization are subject to refusal.
Please note we do not offer returns on orders after 30 days of receipt and only accept return requests for orders that are either defective of incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size, style, color). Incorrectly fulfilled orders must be returned unworn and in their original packaging to receive a refund or replacement.
Brute will review the returned product within 72 hours of receipt. If your return is accepted, we will issue a credit to your account or expedite a replacement. If your return is not accepted, Brute will return the order at your expense.
