Registration and Weigh-ins for Grades 1-8: Thursday, April 3rd , 2008 - 6:00-8:00 pm
Registration and Weigh-ins for Grades 9-12: Friday, April 4th , 2008 - 7:00-9:00 pm
*Note: Registrations and Weigh-ins are separated by grade. The Brute adidas Nationals is an event where Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and NOW First through Eight graders can compete against their own grade level to stake their claim as the best in the country in folkstyle wrestling.
1- Wrestler from each Division in each wt. class will be Crowned National
Champion
The top 8 place finishers from each division in each weight class will receive
awards, and Brute All-American Status Certificates
Each finalist will receive a FREE custom designed Brute
singlet to wear for the finals. Each finalist’s coach will receive a
FREE adidas coaching shirt to wear for the finals.
An "Outstanding Wrestler" award will be presented to each class (1st -
12th Grade)
ALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONS WILL RECEIVE AN ADIDAS WATCH!
The format will be a traditional bracket system tournament.
Each wrestler
is guaranteed a minimum of two matches.
